My great-grandparents rein from Halifax County so these melons mean something to me.

    1. RETURNS

    • All items are eligible for refund only.

    • No exchanges are allowed.

    • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

    • Include the item's order number and reason for return.

    • Items must not be shipped without authorization to initiate a return.

    • Allow up to 10 business days for refund processing.

    2. RETURN SHIPPING

    • Return authorization is required for items shipped in error or returned due to defects or damage.

    • A pre-paid shipping label may be provided.

    • Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    3. ELIGIBLE ITEMS

    • Clearance items, Final Sale items, Personalized items, Special-Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange.

    4. CONDITION OF ITEMS

    • Items that were damaged when purchased may be "open box" but must be complete.
